Willowbank at Hadlow

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our outdoor education offerings to include operations at Hadlow Fisheries in Hadlow. This expansion aligns with our commitment to delivering high-quality outdoor education and reaching a broader audience of young people in Kent.

Similar to our established facility at Willowbank in Nethergong, our Hadlow site is equipped to support the diverse needs of our students. With access to amenities such as toilets, a kitchen, and a classroom, students attending this provision will find a conducive environment for learning and growth.

Our approach remains consistent across all our locations, emphasising bespoke and tailored support to meet the unique needs of each student. Whether through group sessions or one-on-one support, our provision caters to students from primary and secondary schools to specialist institutions.

Furthermore, Career Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG) holds paramount significance within our framework. It is common for young individuals to experience uncertainty regarding their future paths. Our Hadlow site not only provides an educational setting but also offers a valuable opportunity for collaboration with the local college.

In partnership with Hadlow Fisheries, we are actively facilitating pathways for young people to explore fishing as a potential vocation, thereby paving the way for post-16 provision. This strategic collaboration also serves to underscore the diverse array of courses available at Hadlow College, enhancing the vocational prospects and educational opportunities for our students.

Our dedicated staff members work seamlessly across all Willowbank sites, ensuring that our practices are unified and maintained to the highest standards of excellence. We are excited about the opportunities this expansion brings and remain committed to empowering young people through outdoor education.
