Admissions for School-Age Children/1-1

At Bee Free On The Farm, we take immense pride in our carefully tailored educational programs, meticulously crafted to meet the unique needs of every child and young person we serve in East Kent. Our approach goes far beyond traditional education; we collaborate closely with schools and referring professionals, including esteemed partners like VSK, to create bespoke learning experiences that foster growth and nurture potential.

Before a child or young person/group embarks on their journey with us, we uphold rigorous due diligence checks and establish transparent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with referring professionals. This meticulous process ensures a seamless transition, offering peace of mind to all parties involved, especially the young individuals whose aspirations we aim to protect and elevate. In addition to this, we require the completion of a referring document as well as a learner's starter pack ensuring the necessary consent and history is obtained and held on file.

Our commitment to personalised education is reflected in our individualised support framework. Children and young people attending our programs are welcomed no more than two days a week, as outlined in our SLA agreements. Each child or young person who attends as an individual benefits from a Personal Support Plan (PSP), meticulously developed and maintained by their host school or virtual school. Within this plan, the diverse educational opportunities provided by Bee Free On The Farm are seamlessly integrated, guaranteeing a comprehensive learning experience that encompasses both academic growth and personal engagement.

Admissions for Groups/Non-compulsory school-age

At Bee Free On The Farm, we have streamlined our process to make group and organisation visits not only convenient but exceptionally secure for all involved. While we maintain our commitment to learner safety through SLAs and due diligence checks, we have simplified the process, eliminating the need for lengthy Personal Support Plans (PSPs) and intricate referral paperwork.

During these visits, young individuals benefit from a supportive environment where our dedicated staff work seamlessly alongside their own staff whose roles and responsibilities are outlined within our supporting policies, ensuring a harmonious and enriching experience. By reducing administrative formalities for our group referrals, we prioritise what truly matters: the transformative learning journey. At Bee Free On The Farm, we believe in making educational experiences accessible, secure, and focused on fostering growth, making every visit a memorable and valuable experience for all participants

At Bee Free On The Farm, we champion a collaborative, multi-agency approach, working in harmony with all professionals involved to create a supportive ecosystem where every child and young person can thrive.
